- Spend 80% of your time working your plan.
- Schedule email, research and surfing time (planned distraction).
- Let 10% of your day get bamboozled and off track (make it okay).
- Allow 5% of your day to check in with yourself and reconnect.
- Use 5% reviewing your day and making adjustments
