  1. Make a plan of what to accomplish (best done the night before).
  2. Spend 80% of your time working your plan.
  3. Schedule email, research and surfing time (planned distraction).
  4. Let 10% of your day get bamboozled and off track (make it okay).
  5. Allow 5% of your day to check in with yourself and reconnect.
  6. Use 5% reviewing your day and making adjustments
